My choice

For some reason Uncle Adam thought it was funny that I played with my mat by pulling it over my head an playing with the straps that close it for at least a good 20 or 30 minutes before I was bored. I say small places can be fun for small people.
(By the way, when I was finished, I just kicked the top off of me and kept playing with the toys that were still on the mat.)

Me and My Friend Ollie

This is me and my friend Ollie. Pretty much every day we have some fun together. Today we snuggled and played for at least 30 minutes. I petted Ollie and tried to chew on her collar and she sat there and licked my toes.

Still flexible

Aunt Tami took this picture yesterday. She wishes she was still as flexible as I am. Personally I still hungry after lunch and though the toes might hold me over till it was time to eat again.

Pink Flamingos to match my shirt

Here is a shot of Aunt Tami and I with the pink flamingos.

I am a Kangaroo

The reason that we were at the zoo yesterday is that Uncle Adam's brother and family were visiting. The first picture is Uncle Adam's sister-in-law, Stephanie and the German foreign exchange student Sonja. The second picture is Uncle Adam's neice, Olivia. She was 4 months old on Wednesday.

I turned 7 months old yesterday. But as you can see when it came time for my picture I was a bit tired and not interested in hamming it up for the camera.

Friends at the Zoo

Yesterday while we were at the zoo we ran into mom's friend Lynn and her kids. Sarah and I had some bonding time.

My hat at the Zoo

We went to the Atlanta Zoo yesterday. No one brought me a hat, so we tried out several (this is just two, we tried 5). We ended up with the fisherman's hat. I know it is hard to tell but there is a 2 year old panda under that pile of bamboo.

Chasing Bugs

I made this picture a bit bigger so you could see. We were playing yesterday and the dogs were entertaining me by chasing bugs. If you have never seen three large dogs running around a porch chasing bugs you have not lived! In my humble opinion of course : )

Outside

Uncle Adam and I were playing outside yesterday. He kept wanting to take my picture but I was enjoying myself too much to bother with the camera.

Uncle Adam got a new camera

Uncle Adam got a new camera so we had to try it out. He and I talked and we are going to try a new schedule today. I ate my applesauce and oatmeal mixture this morning and had a bottle and instead of a quick bottle and long nap. So I am playing and then going to visit Nana so Uncle Adam can drop off some stuff at her school. Then we will try having a long nap in the early afternoon instead of the early morning. I have started sleeping through the night in long stretches. (Last night I went to bed at 5:30 PM and didn't wake up until after 6 AM this morning.) So I don't really want to go down for a long nap in the mornings any more. Enjoy the picture!

Bunny Ears

Aunt Tami saw that there were bunny ears in my bag today so she wanted to do a photo shoot. The first picture was just a snapshot. She liked it so she enlisted Uncle Adam to hold a blanket to make a backdrop. The second picture is our rendition of the "monster rabbit" from Wallace and Gromit. The third was our master shot.

Me and Ollie

I was hanging with my friend Ollie last week and Aunt Tami took our picture. I am putting up both, because one was better of me and one was better of Ollie.

Georgia Aquarium

I went to the aquarium twice last week. Uncle Adam and their guests took me the first time. I was very interested in all of the fish and wanted to look at everything. I enjoyed myself so much that Mom, Tami, Adam and I went back again on Saturday. The close up picture of me is looking at the big window of the Whale Shark tank. (Did you notice Mom got a haircut?)

Guests from France

Adam and Tami has guests from France for several days. Jean is in the backpack with his Mom (Anna-Letecia), Gabrielle (center) and Danielle (right). I don't have a picture of their Dad (Pierre) for some reason. While they were there they found out that they were going to have another baby. When Anna-Letecia was telling the children, Gabrielle didn't understand and thought they were going to take me home with them. It took several days and lots of explaining to get them to understand that their Mom was going to have a baby and they weren't going to take me home with them. But they did really enjoy playing with me. They are hoping for a baby sister.
