Oh I love that! I'm going a Goodnight Moon theme for my son's second birthday this weekend. I was searching on google for ideas and found your link - great cake!

Hi,
I am also having a Goodnight Moon birthday party for my daughter's second birthday next weekend. I LOVE this cake....will do my best to do as great a job. For my invitations, I made the front green walls with red floor, added the telephone and the red balloon and it quotes the story:
In the great green room
There was a telephone
And a red balloon
And a picture of-
Then when you open the card it says:
Claire. and has picture of my daugther in a frame like in the book. It turned out really cute.
